An author of 3 Indian cookbooks & an app - Easy Tandoori, Smita's culinary skills have spiced the halls of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Center For Food at Durham College, The Chefs' House at George Brown College and many Toronto area cooking schools such as Loblaws, Fortinos and the LCBO.
Smita has created original recipes for Saveur Magazine NY, Kraft Canada, Sofina Foods, Heart and Stroke Foundation & The Ripple Effect Wellness Organization.
She has been a food and travel writer for Saveur magazine, a brand ambassador for Philadelphia Cream Cheese Canada, a food blogger, a radio and TV personality and a well known South Asian cooking expert.
